24 Hour Microchip Scanning Stations

Thanks to the support of Hamilton, GA Police Department we were able to install the county’s first 24 hour microchip scanning station. This scanner will help identify lost pets and guide finders on the proper steps to reunite them with their owners. This location is one of five planned microchip scanning sites across Harris County, making it easier than ever to bring pets back home where they belong. Even better, this comes at the perfect time as National Pet ID Week kicks off today! If your pet already has a microchip but you’re unsure of the number or whether it’s registered and up-to-date, we encourage you to stop by and check it out. Keeping your pet’s information current can make all the difference in a reunion.
